Ashron Billing Inc., was suffering from all of the above. We have been using Laserfiche®, a leading Document Management Solution since 2004. If it can be saved electronically, it can be filed away in Laserfiche!
Our time to retrieve stored documents went from 2-3 minutes on a good day, (10 minutes if we were unlucky!) down to 5 seconds. We emptied out an entire filing room, and now have a new mail room. We also saved the equivalent of a full time employee which practically paid for the entire system in the first year alone!
Our document management solution can do many things.

- Has robust search capabilities
- Has work flows for improved efficiencies
- Is secure – prevents unauthorized access
- Has Audit Trail – tracks who accesses or prints each document for the
- entire document’s life cycle
- We provide clients with DVD’s of their scanned images at each year end (search engine included)
- Records need to be kept for many years. Once not needed, they can easily be archived

- We can receive electronic files of scanned documents from our clients
- We can have our clients scan directly into Laserfiche from their offices
